1. How do I gain authorization to input my password?
- Try setting your web browser's Security Levels to "medium."
- Also, try setting your web browser's Privacy Levels to "low."
2. How do I get my username and password?
- At rare times, the link between servers approving your purchase and the server holding your account is interrupted so that password creation fails.
- Send us your transaction number and the username/password combo you desire. We will manually set up your account and send you notice as soon as it is activated.
3. How do I cancel my subscription?
- Please remember, you purchased a 30-Day Pass--not a subscription. Your membership will automatically cancel 30 days after your purchase.
